Recipe for Fluffy Millet Rotis
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Soaked & Sundried Millet Flour
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Optional: ¼ cup urad dal atta (for extra fluffiness)
Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
- Boil 1 cup of water with a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add 1 cup of millet flour to the boiling water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
- Once well-mixed, switch off the gas and let it cool completely.
2️⃣ Shape and Knead:
- Once cool, knead the mixture into a soft dough, adding a little water if needed. Shape the dough into small round balls.
- Use dry millet flour for dusting and roll out rotis using a rolling pin or your hands.
